Either the AutoResizeUploadedImages property is not working or I just don't know how to use it.  I can't seem to find any documentation on its use.  I want to upload various sized images and have them resized automatically (ie, upload a 1920x1080 image and have it resized down to 500x400).  Is that what this property is used for?
