Only when I have SSL enabled on my site does this file download box appear before the Bulk Email page loads.  After I open, save, or cancel the file download, the entire page and the browser freezes. 

 

I cannot find this ColorPicker.htc.aspx file (I can find the ColorPicker.gif files).  Is there any known way to modify this file so it appears safe with SSL enabled?
