2 things, first what is the release date planned for this product?  We are very interested in purchasing this product for a DNN portal, but have not received a response from our email inqueries.

Second, I use Firefox and it seems that your Online support on this site doesn't work in Firefox.  I logged in in IE and the support worked, but I sat in it for an hour and no support people ever entered the room.
