After some additional testing with FIREFOX, I have discovered that that the insert images, insert flash and insert media will work if text is first placed in the text area box and the item inserted after the text.  My testing revealed that the insert will not work (no code is inserted in the text area box) unless this text is there first...and then only if the item is placed after the text.

 

Is the problem others have encountered?  If so, is there a fix?
