For those that read this thread.
The installation is easy and straight forward.

 

When I requested the license file I made the mistake of
sending them my external ip address coming into my internal network
instead of sending them The server nic ip address.

I was not able to be at my computer as much as I would have liked
during this time which caused this to take longer than it should have.

The software works like a charm and is easy to install.
