I have some Mac users who have questions concerning the "table" functionality in CE.  For me (PC/IE), when I select the "Insert Table" button, I get a nice draw table popup.  I can then define the number of columns/rows in my table.  I have been told that this is not the case for MAC/Firefox users.  How do they define the columns/rows in their table?  How do they delete a table?
