Insert Hyperlink Button Causes Error on Duplicate Install

I have two installs of the Cute Editor on our server. (See http://www.cutesoft.net/forums/12873/ShowPost.aspx).

On the second install where the CuteSoft_Client directory is a virtual directory, I get this error when trying to use the Insert Hyperlink error:
