Yes.  We have to stage everything from our dev environment and then move it to prod.  I repushed everything to confirm though and got the same results.

 

I also switched back to the "full.config" and go the same results.  Everything shows up except for dropdown boxes.  I can even place a button between the dropdown boxes and they show, but no dropdowns.

 

The security is set to Ready/Write.  Is there something that I am missing?
