Even though I've set an editor to use the PasteText option by default, if a user pastes in text from a Word document using Edit-Paste from IE's Edit Menu, the Word formatting is preserved and is pasted in. 

If they paste using ctrl-v or the right-click context menu, the paste operation seems to work correctly, with formatting being stripped.

Is there anything I can do to fix this immediately?  Can you fix this?
