    general questions

    Good afternoon,

     

    We have some questions about your chat messenger product and we only have your evaluation version.

    Having in mind that in a short time we will have the complete chat / messenger product for integration in a platform IBuySpy, we would like to find the answers to the following questions:

     

    1. The trial versions download from the cute chat / messenger site is complete? The functionalities are the same from the original product?
     
    2. In the tab Room Administration from the administration console, what does it means ”Integration"?

     

    3. Can we restrict the rooms by the login? Can we redirect the logged in person to different rooms?

     

    4. Is there any manual for the administration console, for us to understand all the information that is possible to handle?

     

    5. Is the API documentation delivered with the product that we are buying?

     

    6. To translate the front office of the administration console / chat windows and messenger windows can we create xml resource file? Where? All the application fields for translation are treated in "\CuteChatStandAlone\ Web\ CuteSoft_Server\ CuteChat\ Languages\ es-ES.xml", meaning that if we create a "pt-PT.xml" file and translate all the English text we resolve our translation problem? Are all the controls translated (button, labels, links...)?

     

    7. Can we use roles to accomplish the following functionality: we need to have rooms per roles, for example, a room for students and a room for teachers? How can we accomplish this? Using roles?  What is the purpose of the "Role Management" in the administration console? Can you give me an example?
