Using the temporary licence it is now working.

I have had an email from Cutesoft saying now that its due to our administrant email and site domain name actually being different.

We told cute soft when we purchased the product what the domain name was of the site on which we wanted to use it.
 
Also why did it stop working now, we have been using the product for over 6 months now, why has the licence suddenly become an issue.
 
CuteEditor is a very good to use but we are strongly considering other solutions now because of its unpredictability.

We are really confused with this product now.
