I know you mean.
But in your situation, CuteEditor can't set the max fize for /Uploads folder.
Maybe this work-around may help:
/Uploads/ <-- This is the path set for InsertDocuments
/Uploads/Images <-- This is the path set for InsertImage
/Uploads/Flash <-- This is the path set for InsertFlash
/Uploads/Media <-- This is the path set for InsertMedia
/Uploads/Documents <-- This is the path set for InsertDocuments
I know this may not make sense to your project. But I don't have any better idea now.
