Only in IE (Fire Fox works fine), in the online demos and the trial version I downloaded.

When clicking a format button (Bold, Italic or Underline) with no text highlighted, while the actual state of the cursor is functioning as expected, the Buttons in the control are not updated (the image as clicked).  This also occurs with Highlighted text when using the shortcut keys (eg: Ctrl-B for Bold)
