I am using 2.2 with the include_CuteEditor.asp date of 1/1/2004 I am getting the following error

The call to Server.CreateObject failed while checking permissions. Access is denied to this object.
which is a set doc = server.CreateObject("MSXML2.DOMDocument"). Previous versions dod not use XML. What do I need to do. The machine I am using is running 2003 Server with all of the current service Packs
