1. TIMEOUT: Like I said in my messge i have the User Timeout setting set at 6000 seconds but some user are still getting kicked out. Some feedback i am getting from users indicates there may be an issue with some security software like Symantec Security. Have you heard of any problems like this?

2. SOUNDS: I'll try that to disable sound

 

3. WHISPER/PRIVATE CHAT: That's how it is set, however it was still happening. Do admin user override that setting?

 

4. CHAT WINDOW FOCUS: If you have the chat window up and then you bring another window up like your email program for instance and start typing or reading an email all of a suddent the chat window will come to the front as soon as anyone types a message into the chat window. This results in to being able to do anything else on the computer while the chat window is open.

 

5. SYSTEM MESSAGES: You've got to be kidding. Is there nothing I can do? Can I do any CSS to hide them or something like that. I won't be able to use your software if I can't get around this problem.

 

6. EMOTICONS : What if i only want 4 emoticons.

 

7. NAME: I'm using CuteChat in DNN. I want to have it show FirstName LastName instead of user name in Room Users list.
