No problems with that link.  Although no Japanese characters are shown there.
 

I believe I am using version 4 of CE for ASP.  I can't find where the version number is, but the zip file that I got had "CE_for_ASP_4" in the name, so I'm assuming that's the version.  It was purchased not more than a couple weeks ago, so it has to be the latest version.
