I know the background image problem has been discussed before, but the solution isn't working for me. I've added EditorBodyStyle="background-color:#DFE5F2; color:#003366; background-image: none; background-repeat: no-repeat" to my web.config and I'm still getting this (the bg image is from my skin):

 

Also, all of my pop-up dialogs look like this and I haven't found anything in the forums - ideas?
