Is there a way to turn off the "Internal Link" functionality? 

The reason I'm asking is because I don't have any links to display to my users and I would to avoid displaying the emptywindow like in this example:

Ideally, I would be able to hide the down arrow next to the "Link" button.

this is the perfect solution. I modified the XML file and the arrow is gone.
