Cannot get trial to work - Could not load file or assembly

As per other posts here, cannot get the control to install correctly. It appears to be an issue with the signing of the DLL.

This is VS 2010, ASP .net 4.0 website. Tried DLL from few different folders, didn't make any difference.

Added reference to the dll didnt' help.

Am very keen to use this control, would greatly appreciated any assistance.
