Purchased product not delivered

    Purchased product not delivered

    Hi,
    I chose to buy the PHP FILE UPLOADER because it's urgent and it would be delivered instantly after payment according to the info page
    However, I got this:

    What is this? The payment is deducted from my paypal and I get this message?
