Client Login Error - v5 version

Hello Karen

I am From China, I purchased LiveSupport License at 2007. These days i install the V5 version in my new computer. but when I login to the operate Client , it's response any 404 error. Could you help me Resolve this problem? Thes following is the screen capture. thank you .

Thanks Adam, But I got New Error.

Server side error: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException

error CS2001: CAN'T FOUND SOURCE FILE "C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\atsc3yuf.0.cs

error CS2008

is this my windows server problem?

The ASPNET(or NetWork Service) user does not have write access to 'C:\WINDOWS\TEMP' by default, and therefore we cannot write the generated serialization code needed for custom types. You should give the ASPNET account permission to write to and read from the directory to get this working.

Hello Adam, it's ok now, but i got the new error:

Connection:error,The license for cutelivesupport is not valid

you are using a domain licese file

The domain name in the licese file dosen't match the actual domain name of the website. Product version not match

I Purchased domain name license at 2007,it means i need purchase new licese? or just upgrade it?

Please help me,thank you
