You could at least be courteous enough to answer my messages about LoadRTF and LoadWord. Ignoring them is not any way to treat paying customers.

 

5 months ago you said you were working hard on getting these functions working (LoadRTF with images and LoadWord). Google does it, FKEditor does it, others do it. We bought CE on this and other premises. I communicated privately to you how important these functions were to us and you assured me they would be there in the next version (V6.0).

 

What is the progress on these promised functions?

We are not able to finish LoadWord funtion in version 6.0. The exisitng parser doesn't work for this function. This function needs a separate parser.

It's possible to fix this bug (LoadRTF with images) with the existing parser. We will finish it as soon as possible.

It is not good news about LoadWord.

 

However, we need to get to market and your product is a key part of it.

 

I assume you have several programmers on staff, so I also assume you have LoadWord as a top priority.

 

However, I need LoadRTF working right away. It was promised so long ago.

 

Can you please get LoadRTF working by the end of this week? Please!!

 

We need a committment from you so that we can schedule our activities.
