Multiple instances editor give blank tool bar in all except the last one rendered in firefox

I have a jquery tabbed formatted page and I get a blank bar when loading the editors on the page. Works in Chrome, IE, etc. Firefox is where the problem resides. How do I get the tools to show in the other instatnces of editor?

Can you create an example page which can reproduce this issue and post the full code here? So we can reproduce this issue and check it for you.
