fullschreen or max height?

Hello,

I am struggling with a problem i have with using CuteEditor. When in fullscreen mode, the editor is not on top of everything; images and the dynamic menu are on top of the editor. How can i make sure the editor covers everything?

And is it possible to set the height of cuteeditor to the height of the text it's loaded with?
