Insert Image upload dialog error

On the dialog box, where the "Upload Files" button shoud be, I get the error:

Scripting.FileSystemObject error '80040401'

Permission Denied

I have made sure that the default /uploads directory is in the root of my web, and it has RW permission for IUSR. Is there something I am doing wrong? I got this to work on my internal server, but doesn't work on my ISP (1&1). I get the same error when I click on the "Image Gallery" button.

HELP!!

If you set the permission correctly, this issue maybe caused by the filesystem object has been disabled on the server. Please contact your host about this issue.
