I am using Cute Editor .net 4.0 in my custom application and the problem i am having is i allway get full source

examble: <a href="#GoToName">go to</a>

output: <a href="'>http://www.xxxxxx.xx/DeveleperArea/customPage.aspx?id=345#GoToName">go to</a>

how can i prevent this.

is it possible to config this in the .config xml document

RemoveServerNamesFromUrl="true" UseRelativeLinks="true"
