Just some comments:

 

1. I notice that all users on the site are put on messenger. So if I have 1000 users, my contact list has 100 names. Do you have an "add contact" feature instead?

 

2. You might want to consider adding simple user grouping as well i.e. alphabetically or by country, etc.

Can the feature be programmed back in to auto add all membership users to the IM?

 

If not, can you help with adding a link to each person's profile that would add them to the IM list?  I am using CS2007.
