I have been trying for few days the evaluation version of Cute Web Messenger and that's something that I am looking to buy and integrated in our site. I understand there is support to integrate existing membership data from a site. But I would like to know if Cute chat supports, in any way, loading of existing defined groups in my DB. I have groups like Friends, Colleagues, etc which have different privacy settings for each user. I can see that a user can create new groups but is there any way I can get this loading from my DB. Also if any role based security can be applied in this case. Just to reiterate I am intending to buy Cute Web Messenger and not Cute Chat.

Has any body able to override the functionality  to get user groups loading from their own DB and not the Cute Chat's DB. I am been looking for this information for quite a while now. I am assuming I can get something by overriding GetContacts function. But my question is how we do it? Any help on this would be highly appreciated!!
