I'm trying to restore ability to use CuteEditor on our website after an attempted upgrade to v 6.4.  Was told yesterday we should "add reference to new CuteEditor.dll, then recompile solution." 

 

Here's the problem.  I'm very inexperienced and our regular web developer resource will not be available for at least two weeks.  I need more specific guidance than the conceptual solution provided above.  I have access to Visual Web Developer 2008 Express (but not Visual Studio) and can also go to specific website files and modify them.  Urgently need to get CuteEditor working again.  Can anyone help, please?

 

 

1. Start--> All programs --> Visual Web Developer 2008 Express

 

2. In the right panel, open the solution explorer

 

3. Find Reference folder

 

4. Select Reference folder

 

5.  Right click

 

6. Click Add reference

 

7. Browse to CuteEditor. DLL.

 

8. Recompile the project
