Cute Editor Popup Windows - Not able to move above Cute Editor Menu region.

Is there any reason why the Cute Editor popup windows stop at the top of the Cute Editor Menu region? The problem I run into a lot is when I open a window (Say to insert a image), I often have to scroll down the browser to enter data into the popup rather than being able to move the popup window above the Cute Editor Menu region. Hopefully this makes sense.

Can you try the following code?

<%@ Register TagPrefix="CE" Namespace="CuteEditor" Assembly="CuteEditor" %>

If you cannot reproduce this issue in this example, can you post some code showing the problems?
