A few of my clients are reporting problems with my recent upgrade to CuteEditor 6.3 (from 5.2).

 

They're having trouble with the 'Insert Image', 'Insert File', and 'Insert Link' buttons in IE7 and Firefox under Windows Vista. Sometimes the dialog doesn't load at all, or loads with errors. If it does load, they select their image or file but the browser locks up when they click the Insert/OK button.

 

I haven't been able to duplicate this under IE7 & Vista, so I suspect it may be an obscure security setting or a 3rd party software interaction. Any Ideas?

Can you reproduce this issue in this example?

 

 

Can you download the version 6.3 again and create a separate application for testing?
