Can't send mail from Feedback form

When I click on Mailto from the Feedback window it doesn't seem to send e-mails out (I don't want to use the 'use my e-mail software' button). Does something need to be setup to send e-mails directly operator client?

I already have that set and it's still not working. Any other suggestions?
