Database problem

Migrated version 5 to a new SQL 2005 Server. Getting this error when an operator connects to a call.

You account has logged in from another place!

Tables copied over:

SampleUsers

CuteChat4_User

CuteChat4_SupportSession

CuteChat4_SupportMessage

CuteChat4_SupportFeedback

CuteChat4_SupportDepartment

CuteChat4_SupportCustomer

Already ran cutechat4_to_cutechat5.sql before tables were copied over.

Is that possible the vistor login name is same as operator name?

I tried this with a different operator and get the same eror.

When the operator joins the room they see:

Connecting...

The connection to the chat server is lost.

I think this might be related to the fact that the identity specifications were not copied over to the new server (ID column increments). I don't see any new rows created for the test chat sessions in the SupportSession or SupportMessage tables.
