I had the web side modified and it was working perfectly, the operator was working too and there was no problems.

I am using the web site on IIS, and connecting it to Oracle on another server, we tested everything and it was working fine for few days. We come one morning and the operator wouldn't login! the website login is working and everything looks fine with it, but still the operator wouldn't login.

Does anyone have an idea about this and how to solve it. I talked with the support team and they insist that it is related to changes I made, I have rolled back all the changes and I have reinstalled everything and it is still giving the same error.

Please I need help in this.
