How to customize Browse Dialog Box?

Hi! Can I customize this dialog box? I would like to rename the folder name from "uploads" to some other name, can I do that? Thanks.

Thanks Adam. I am able to change the folder configuration now. But I would like to remove some features from the Browse Dialog box, How can I do that? THanks.
