SessionState

I am using DotNetGallery on a site and would like to turn off the SessionState for this site. Everytime I turn off the SessionState the gallery stops working. Is SessionState required for this control? Is there anyway to set it up so that it does not require SessionState?

Dotnetgallery puts some security settings into sessions.

Thank you for your quick response.

I have one more question. I am not using the upload/edit features of the control, so is it possible to disable the control from putting the security settings into the session?
