We've upgraded to the 6.1.2 version of the Editor and have noticed that there appear to be differences in how the upload image/file process now works. 

 

For example, when changing a link to a file - and uploading a new file replace the old one, it used to be that after uploading, the new filename would be automatically entered into the URL field so we'd just need to select the link, go to properties, upload a new file and then hit the Insert button and it would be correct.

 

Now it appears that after uploading we then need to go and find the newly uploaded file in the unordered list, select it and then hit the Insert button.

 

Is there a setting which we've missed?  This appears that the process of this has gone backwards.
