I am getting this error now after upgrading from 6.0 to 6.1, what does it mean?

Delete this file CuteSoft_clients/CuteEditor/web.config file then try again.

Bruce,

Uninstall your last update and re-install the latest version 6.1, There may be a chance that some file got corrupted while installing the update.
