When you use the search and replace in v6.1.1 it only makes the obscuring transparent bg as large as the current window view..

 

So if you have a window with a scroll bar... hit F&R then scroll down the obscuring transparent bg doesn't cover the whole of the page.

 

Does it on the demo page...
