It seems that its possible to write one welcome message in Tools >> Options >> Operators Welcome message. In the program there are two completly different ways to start a chat with a visitor. One is that the vistor is asking for help and the other is that the agent is sending an invitation. Each of these chat initiations need one welcome message each. Is that possible in v1?

 

Actually, we have 3 different types as we have a member web site where I can see when a member is logged into the member site. So a special welcome message for our members would also be good :-)

It makes perfect sense. However this is not supported yet. We will implement it in the next release.

The welcome message is unique for each operator. But it is same for the web site visitors. We will put some thoughts on this issue. Thanks for the nice ideas.
