Cell Properties dialog...default sizing.

The Cell Properties dialog under Windows XP does not show the buttons on the bottom of the page without scrolling...but under Windows 2000 it displays correctly. Has anyone else come across this problem? Could this be our default Windows XP scheme? I know...picky...but we did get a few support calls.

In WinIE.js, you will find the following code from line 277:

var strAttr = "status:no;dialogWidth:550px;dialogHeight:280px; scroll: yes; resizable: yes; help:no";

You can make the Cell Properties dialog size bigger by change the dialogWidth, dialogHeight values.

For example:

var strAttr = "status:no;dialogWidth:560px;dialogHeight:300px; scroll: yes; resizable: yes; help:no";

Turns out I had the same problem with the Row Properties dialog as well. I found both lines in the WinIE.js file for both dialogs...but after making the changes...saving the changes to WinIE.js...nothing has changed. I cleared my browser cache, and still nothing. I suppose that I have a IIS cache problem...I am still learning ASP.NET...but I am not sure. I will let it ride for a while and check back later. Thanks!

OK...now I know what I did wrong! There are two copies of the file WinIE.js...one in the \CuteEditor_Files\ and one in \CuteEditor_Files\Scripts\. The correct file to edit is the \CuteEditor_Files\Scripts\WinIE.js. Everything works as expected now.

We are having this same problem on Windows Vista. The dialogs are cut off for the Table and Row properties. I do not seem to have a file called WinIE.js so which file do I edit?

Which version of Cute Editor are you using?

You can modify the dialog size by editing CuteSoft_Client\CuteEditor\Scripts\Constant.js file.

But I am thinking you are using version 5.x and your PC DPI is set to 120.

We are using CuteEditor 6. It only happens on some Vista computers so it could be the DPI settings. Which particular row in Constants.js do I edit as I don't see anything referencing the table cell/row properties dialog.
