Live Support on 3 servers (load balancing)

Hi,

We use 3 servers for our production. And Live support exist on all 3 instances. Users opening launch.lanelogic.com and load balancing redirecting them to web1.lanelogic.com, web2.lanelogic.com, web3.lanelogic.com. Same for operators. And whats happenig that operators see only users on same server.

How we can solve that issue ?

Vytautas,

Version 4.0 doesn't support load balancing.

Version 3.0 supports load balancing.

For version 4.0, please choose a single server to host the live support.
