Web Messenger open chat in new window

Users complain that when they are using the Internet and a chat message comes in it takes them from where they are in IE to the chat window. What do I have to do to make web messenger chat open in a new window leaving IE alone where the user is browsing?

In the chat window of web messenger, there is a control panel button. Click this button, you can disable the "auto focus" feature.

Adam,

There is no control panel button on either the main messenger screen or the chat window. Am I missing a piece to the system? I am using web messenger only not cute chat.

PS: I too am wondering about the next version release...any news?
