Is it possible to have multiple editors with a single toolbar ?

 

I'm creating an Excel type form which has cells which will need basic formatting capabilities (e.g. bold, italic, bullet points etc.) and therefore it would make sense to have the cells controlled by a single toolbar, or perhaps dynamically assign a single editor to a  cell when it receives focus but with the toolbar on top of the page.
