when clicking on spell check, I get a script error popup

I have the /bin/ file in the root directory

 

This is a windows 2000 server. Is there a special permission that needs to be set? I believe there is no WPG user on Windows 2000

Yes, I have it installed, I did however update it.

Now the popup is gone, but I am getting the following error.

 

Server Application Unavailable

The web application you are attempting to access
on this web server is currently unavailable. Please hit the Refresh Button

 

I know the server is not busy as the rest of the application works fine.

The .net frame work in this server is down for some reasons.
