I've implemented a single sign-on (SSO) with Community Server 2007 and since the change the Live Support operator cannot connect. It returns the error:
System.Net.WebException: The request failed with the error message:

/login.aspx is the correct location for the sites log in. The operator was able to connect before the SSO module was set up. What configuration changes need to be made to allow the client to connect?
