Slow page load embedded chat messanger

We have cute messanger embedded on several pages & the page load time is very slow. Is there a way to improve load time - eg browser side cache? please help...

Thanks for the response

What is the likely actions we need to take?
Is it setup or will we need to install xxx on the site?

Also we have noted that the re write to update buddy list is also quite slow.
Is there a way to set the time so it only updates every couple of minutes?

Hi.. I was wondering on the timeline. Our client really needs this NOW!

This link is using embed messenger. You can register the site and test the speed there.

How many users in your buddy list?

It only updates when the status of buddy list is changed.
