Hi,

 

I downloaded LiveSupport so we can try it out for use on our company website. I was able to install without any problem, but I am having another problem. I was able to register a new user, but when I try to add that user as an operator under the administration console, their name does not come up! I am able to logon as the new user without problem, but it does not come up in the search.

 

I also randomly get the error below (see screenshot). Sometimes, I just refresh the page, and it fixes itself. It does not always happen at the same places, but totally random. Any ideas? Please help!
