Hi,

Does Web Messenger support broadcasting like ICQ Corp?
You was able to send a message to all users online and/or offline.
Can you categorize users by a custom field like by department?
If you can categorize users by department is it possible to broadcast a message only to the selected department?
If it does not support it out of the box, can I develop these feature with the API?

No, this feature is not supported.

Right now web messenger supports three groups: converstations, online and offline. They are hardcoded in the DLL. We will finish these new features in the future release.
