insert image into cutesoft

I am trying to insert image into cute soft in my local machine. Cutesoft getting the image from database, when I select the image, it is not display in preview (problem red marked in the screenshot). I am sending the screenshot also. Which function is calling the particular click event? Can you tell me what exactly it is calling the particular page? Please respond as the earliest.
